Dimanche, Nous étions quatre de l'ECP à St-René ou LA VAILLANTE (photos) proposait un brevet de marche.
Le matin nous avons effectué 100 km à vélo à un rythme AUDAX vitaminé Photos de Denis avec Ravito à la Blanche Hermine. Midi, repas bien agréable pris avec les marcheurs et dès 13h15 départ pour une boucle pédestre de 25 km à allure régulée mais soutenue de 6 km/h.
Denis de St-Cast, Christophe et Paul de l'ACB et Georges, Jean-Luc, Didier et Alain de l'ECP., en redemandent ....
je ne sais pas envever le noir autour ... merd merd !
